Held captive by the curves of her cumulonimbus-
She hit with all the power of a billion steeds-
She was strong but quiet, well built, thus-
her rhythm, deep, at various speeds-
From the heavens, down my world did shake-
her passing by, noticed by many-
Hearts abound did this storm take-
breaking all not leaving any-
Her beauty, awing, most humbling was she-
Behind her many a man did bow-
From her immense power, I shalt not flee-
This Quiet Storm rains on me now-
Soak me, electrify me, take me up into your midst-
Rip this loneliness from my wanting heart-
Destroy me, then rebuild me with a single kiss-
I'm here waiting for your inundation to start-
Allow me to be the winds that propel you-
Allow me to be your thunder's roar-
I'll be the lightening that will never fail you-
I'll be the wet in your rain until I am no more...
